Sikh Siyasat editor Parmjeet Singh talked to political analyst Avtar Singh to discuss changing dynamics of the world order. In this talk Avtar Singh said that the world order has began to change and diplomatic plays is on. With China-US trade war turning into a new cold war and the centre of world’s political power is witnessing jerks that are indicative of change.
Avtar Singh briefly discussed various aspects of current developments, including their implications on global economy, world politics, international relations, diplomacy and regional or geo-political situations.
