ਇਸ ਤਕਰੀਰ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਕੁਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੜਾਪਿੰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ 25 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2009 (ਈ.) ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਪੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨੀ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫਤਹਿਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
